NO PURCHASE NECESSARY OR ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST AND WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ANY OTHER PRODUCT TO ENTER THIS CONTEST. THIS CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY NEVADA U.S. LAW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Dragon Egg Scavenger Hunt ("Contest") is open to legal residents of United States excluding; New York, Rhode Island and Florida, who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Ultimate Business Quest, LLC, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, including fulfilling all requirements applicable to entrants
All participants must adhere to these Official Rules of the Contest. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
2. How to Enter:
To participate in the Contest, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Download the Eventzee App (the “App”)
The app is available for iOS and Android devices. Search for "Eventzee" in your app store and install it. - Step 2: Enter the Invite Code
Open the Eventzee App, establish an account if you don’t already have an account, and enter the invite code "HTE2024" to join the game. - Step 3: Participate in Game Challenges (the “Challenges”)
Complete various challenges, including text, video, quiz, QR code, GPS, and info challenges, to earn points.
3. Contest Details:
The Contest consists of multiple challenges, each offering different point values. Additional details regarding the Challenges may be disclosed through the App. The goal of the Contest is to accumulate as many points as possible by completing these Challenges. Challenges will be available both online and at physical locations throughout Utah.
- Tool Requirements: Participants must, at their own cost, have access to the internet and devices capable of completing the required challenges, including GPS, QR code scanning, photo, and video recording capabilities.
- Leaderboard: A live leaderboard will display participants' progress in the App. The winners will be determined by the highest point totals as of November 20th, 2024, at 11:59 PM. MST
- Bonus Points: Some challenges may offer bonus points for quick responses or special achievements.
- Flash Time Events: These are limited-time challenges with specific timers.
- Challenge Groups: Groups of challenges packaged together for added complexity.
4. Prizes:
- 1st Place: $20,000 Cash Prize, Featured Media Recognition, VIP Social Media Highlight
- 2nd Place: $8,000 Cash Prize, Prominent Media Recognition, Social Media Highlight
- 3rd Place: $2,500 Cash Prize, Celebrated Media Recognition, Social Media Highlight
- Monthly Winners: Special adventures will be featured each month, with winners announced as follows:
- August 31st: $500 retail value prize
- September 30th: $500 retail value prize
- October 31st: $500 retail value prize
Non-cash prizes may be awarded through gift cards or merchandise at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Monthly Adventures and Judging Criteria:
- August Adventure: Public Speaking
- Task: Submit a 30-second video demonstrating public speaking skills.
- Judging Criteria: Clarity, engagement, persuasiveness, overall presentation.
- September Adventure: Persuasion Skills in a Fantasy Theme
- Task: Submit a 30-second video on a favorite fantasy theme.
- Judging Criteria: Clarity, engagement, persuasiveness, overall presentation.
- October Adventure: Commercial Style Video
- Task: Submit a 30-second commercial-style video about yourself, your journey, or your dreams.
- Judging Criteria: Creativity, vision, storytelling, editing, direction, clarity, script.
The prize will be awarded. Potential winner will be notified via direct message. Potential winner may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and waiver of liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release to Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance. A potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Contest subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including, without limitation, verification that the winner (i) is twenty-one (21) years of age or older and (ii) is solely responsible for any taxable income attributable to any Prize. A potential winner will be disqualified if the Sponsor cannot verify that the potential winner satisfies the foregoing criteria or if the Potential does not respond and confirm eligibility within the forty-eight (48) hours of the direct message notice.
In the event of noncompliance within any stated time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for any costs for equipment used by participants to participate in the Contest. Sponsor is also not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service or a change in an entrant’s email, phone number or mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification or his/her prize information.
6. Legal Disclaimers:

- Liability: Sponsor and its and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, shareholders, contractors and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered Entries, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Contest or Website, or act in violation of these Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Sponsor’s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Website access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such Entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest. Should any portion of Contest be, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, and determine the winners from valid, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Released Parties are also not responsible for any personal or reputational injury of any participant related to or arising out of their participation in the Contest. By participating, you hereby release and forever hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims related to personal or reputational injury whether such claims are known, anticipated or unknown or unanticipated in the future.
7. Media Content Entries, Publicity, and Copyright License
Media content entries, including video and audio recordings must not (a) be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity; (b) promote the excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol, or promote illegal use of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous or any particular political agenda or message; (c) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (d) contain an image of anyone under 21 years of age; (e) contain any image or video of any intoxicated persons; (f) contain any content that could reasonably be deemed pornographic; (g) otherwise fail to comply with the Responsible Code of Practices for Beverage Alcohol Advertising and Marketing published by the Distilled Spirits Counsel of the United States available at https://www.distilledspirits.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/2020-DISCUS-Code-of-Responsible-Practices-Final.pdf or fail to comply with the Beer Institute Advertising and Marketing Code as made publicly available at the following online location: http://www.beerinstitute.org/assets/uploads/general-upload/2015-Beer-Ad-Code-Brochure.pdf; (h) contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind of alcoholic beverage without permission of the beverage manufacturer; (i) contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, email addresses or street addresses; (j) contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission; (k) contain materials embodying the names, likenesses or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission; (l) promote or depict violent acts, (m) refer to or depict any names, logos or readily recognizable features of a retailer of alcohol beverages (such as a grocery store, convenience store, restaurant, bar, or any other retail location that sells alcohol beverages); (n) make any therapeutic, curative, or health related claims; (o) promote alcohol use as a right-of-passage; (p) promote or feature any controlled substance regulated or prohibited by the federal government, or (q) depict, and cannot itself be in, violation of any law. Media entries containing any of the above prohibited content may result in disqualification of the Entry.
You grant Sponsor an non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable right and license to exploit your entries in the Contest (collectively “Entry”) (including, without limitation, your name and likeness and the names and likenesses of any and all persons in the Entry, and any intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, etc.) contained in the Entry) in any media now or hereafter known, without any payment or other consideration of any kind, or permission or notification, to you or any third party, for any purpose, including, without limitation, your Entry and any person’s property (physical, personal, intellectual property rights, and indicia) contained therein. The foregoing grant includes, without limitation, the right to reproduce, display, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works of, alter, amend, broadcast, edit, publish, use, merchandise, license, sublicense, and adapt the Entry in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world, for any purpose, whether commercial in nature or otherwise, including in contexts and circumstances that result in your Entry being associated with a particular Sponsor or Sponsors. Accordingly, you hereby waive any objection to, such use including without limitation, distribution, reproduction, creation of derivative works of, public performance, or display of your Entry, and any claim for compensation whatsoever in connection therewith. Such waiver shall include any claim for infringement of any so-called “Moral Right,” “Droit Moral” or similar right or interest.
8. Dispute Resolution
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. All actions or proceedings arising out of or related to the Contest or these Official Rules shall be exclusively litigated in any local, state or federal court located in Clark County, Nevada. The parties hereto consent to personal jurisdiction in any local, state or federal court located in Clark County, Nevada and hereby waive any objection to process based on personal jurisdiction. By entering the Contest, all contestants and entrants are agreeing to waive rights they might otherwise have including, but not limited to, the rights (a) to initiate representative actions, collective actions, and/or class actions; and (b) to participate in representative actions, collective actions, or class actions initiated by others.
These Official Rules may be updated by Sponsor by posting through the App.
9. Winners List
A winners list may be obtained by sending a request to Sponsor at Ultimate Business Quest, LLC, Hatch The Egg Winners, 2450 St. Rose Parkway, Suite 120, Henderson, NV 89074. Requests for winners lists must be received before August 1, 2025
